The world around us is changing rapidly - the climate, legislation and consumer attitudes and demands are changing at an ever-increasing pace. At Neomore, we see sustainable business as both an obligation and an opportunity. We monitor the social and environmental impacts of our business activities and strive to minimise the negative effects of our actions.
We also recognise our customers' need to meet sustainable business requirements and want to help build SAP solutions that best meet the sustainability challenges and needs of each of our customers. ESG reporting, circular economy and social responsibility solutions, responsible sourcing and meeting CSRD reporting obligations are just a few examples.
OUR SUSTAINABILITY PRIORITIES
We want to promote equality and diversity in working life and recognise the criticality of slowing down climate change. Climate change and responsible action affect us all - including at work. Through their own choices, companies and organisations can contribute to sustainable development, reduce environmental impacts and create a fairer society and working life. Our sustainability journey is in its early stages, but we are excited and committed about the direction we are taking.
We have set 2025 sustainability targets for our business and have linked them to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The goals we feel we can best contribute to through our own activities are gender equality, reducing inequality, responsible consumption and climate action.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At the heart of Neomore's sustainability work are our people. The well-being, comfort, equal treatment and commitment of our employees are our top priorities. We strive to create and maintain a working culture based on friendliness, mutual respect, openness and a low hierarchy.
Our employees come from a wide range of backgrounds and speak many different mother tongues. The integration of our international talent is important to us and we want everyone to feel welcome and valued at Neomore. We organise a Finnish language club for our non-Finnish speaking colleagues and help them get to know Finnish culture, society and language. We also celebrate the holidays of different cultures at work and encourage people to express their own individuality. We also organise fun things to do together, such as going to the cinema and outdoor activities!
Our induction process takes into account people's different needs and backgrounds. As part of our induction process, we provide diversity, equality, responsibility and safety training, and we keep our skills up to date by attending these trainings once a year.

SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS
We are committed to promoting SAP solutions that focus on the circular economy, resource efficiency, social responsibility and sustainability compliance for our customers. SAP sustainability solutions enable end-to-end governance, reporting, analytics, and performance management for all ESG dimensions.
Our own and our suppliers' activities are guided by Neomore's Code of Conduct, our ethical principles. In all our activities, we respect international human rights, uphold freedom of association, eradicate inequality and work against all forms of corruption.
We encourage both internal and external stakeholders to report any ethical, moral or legal violations or suspected violations to our Whistleblowing channel.

PLANET
Due to the nature of our activities, our environmental impact is moderate. We favour public transport for business and commuting, we offer a cycling benefit for our staff, and the electricity and heating used in our offices comes from carbon-free sources. Our offices have good recycling facilities and recycling guidelines.
For the first time, we have calculated the carbon emissions from our operations in 2024 and are looking at ways to reduce them. We are also looking for other ways to make a positive contribution to our environment.
