With multiple parts and phases, the project started with the production planning process, and now we’ve made various applications related to different processes. Jyri continues: “The project team working on a single application is small, 2-3 people, and the development approach is agile; we are in constant contact with each other, whether positioned physically in the same room or online, working together and resolving issues in real-time. Therefore, the client has effectively received results and fixes.”
Mikko adds: “Agile development is a good way to create systems and solutions that work well. In large consulting companies, bureaucracy can remove agility. Neomore isn’t small, but we have retained our flexibility and there isn’t really any overhead coming from the organization itself enabling us to focus purely on the work at hand. Customer presents us with a problem and we come up with a sensible way to solve it for them.”
