Deep dive
In the second discussion we’ll take a deep dive into the technical expertise or industry knowledge. We might have a small assignment for you, but if you’re a pro, it’s gonna be a piece of cake! This discussion also offers you a chance to meet your possible future teammates.
Job offer
When we and you both agree that we’ve found the perfect match, we’ll make you a job offer. During the discussion we’ll go through our compensation model and benefits together.
